Five Steps to Contact
1. Phone Us.
Both parties phone Safe Balance Child Contact Service Pty Ltd to confirm they are prepared to use service and complete a 10-minute phone interview. No further action will take place until Safe Balance have heard from both parties.
2. Waiting List.
Safe Balance Child Contact Service Pty Ltd will advise parties if there is a waiting list and, if there is, place the parties on that list. An intake assessment will be arranged as soon as possible.
3. Intake Interview.
Safe Balance Child Contact Service Pty Ltd will arrange an intake assessment for the next available appointment before first service is to commence. Intake assessment are information sharing sessions that last between 60-90 minutes and are conducted separately with each party. Fees applicable.
4. Introduction Session for Children.
Safe Balance Child Contact Service Pty Ltd will meet and greet the children. Safe Balance will meet in their home or at a designated venue. The children’s ability to proceed with contact is evaluated.
5. Visits Commence.
Requested services commence the following week if Steps 1-4 are successfully completed.
